ShippinG & Return Policies


We offer a flat rate of $5.00 for shipping all orders. We ship exclusively with the United States Postal Service. All orders are shipped within 2 business days of the date an order was placed. 

Estimated delivery times for standard delivery:

  1.  Continental United States: 3 - 7 business days
  2.  Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada:  5 - 14 business days
  3.  EU countries: 5 - 14 business days

If you wish to change an order within 12 hours after you have placed it, email us immediately at and we will do our best to assist you. If the order has shipped, if cannot be changed or cancelled, and our return policy will apply.

If the item is out of stock, we will notify you within 24 hours on receipt of the order. Worldwide delivery times vary. Once a package has been shipped, is not liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

If your item does not arrive within a reasonable time frame, please contact us as soon as possible and we will investigate.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, for whatever reason, please return the goods to us in a re-saleable condition within 7 working days of the delivery date for a full refund of the costs of the goods. We do not refund shipping fees. 

Returned items must be unused and in the original packaging with a copy of the original receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Please check your package immediately and let us know of any damage within 24 hours of delivery. If not reported, we will not issue a refund or credit. 

If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will work quickly to correct the issue.

When mailing returns or defective items, please use the "tracking" option. We cannot issue refunds or store credits for goods lost in transit.

Email us immediately if you receive a damaged item. We will work with you to return the damaged item, and expedite a replacement. Once we receive the package with the damaged item, we will process the return and send you a replacement or issue a store credit as quickly as possible. We strongly suggest including a tracking number with your package, as we are not liable for packages that get lost in transit.


All items ending in $.95 are FINAL SALE and are non-returnable. No exceptions.
